HOW IT GOES

Sam,the agent worked so hard,
For extra hours he used to work;
He wanted somethin on his visiting card,
"Team Leader" the name he wanted as a perk.

The manager used to rely on him,
Give him tasks he knew would be done;
Even if the instructions were small and trim,
He knew if its Sam,he would miss none.

Cam,the agent worked so easy,
For extra works of the boss he put in hours;
The "Team Leader" task for him was not freezy,
No thorns on his way,only flowers.

Which way is right I dont know?
The ethical or the unethical equation;
Do we follow the practicality flow,
And be in sync with the generation.

I think the hard work always pays,
But then it goes unpaid many a time;
Then why this confusion in choosing ways,
How it goes? on this my mind is a bit mime.
